I Got An Award!

This is surprising. Simply because I just blog and blog without expecting to get any award (since I’m not qualified for a Pulitzer anyway… Lol!). Oh well, Pulitzer or not, I have to ignore ‘Up‘, which my nephews are playing on the DVD behind me, for a moment to make my precious speech…
(drum roll……)
I’d like to thank Mia of Online Confessions of a Stay-at-Home Mom, for giving me my first ever blog award through her post. I’d also like to thank Tina, who gave this same award to Mia, because if she did not, then Mia wouldn’t have passed this award to me. (Wait, is there also a time limit to the speech, like in the Oscars?) And to cut this one-hour speech short, I’ll just go ahead and thank all my dear readers, especially those who leave comments, because your support inspire me to keep on blogging. Happy Easter everyone and I love you all! Mwah! mwah! mwah!
(I suppose that should be at par with some of the speeches at the Academy Awards, what d’ya think?)

1. I was born on a Wednesday, at 5:15 PM.
2. I am fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilonggo. I can also converse in Cebuano and Ilocano, though not as fluent as the first three.
3. I have studied Accountancy, Architecture and Hair Science. (weird combination!)
4. I played basketball in high school and chess in college.
5. I used to have a collection of Sweet Valley Twins books in my teens, which I gave away a few Christmases ago.
6. If my parents had allowed me to study in UP, I would have taken Landscape Architecture.
7. If nobody married me, I would have seriously focused on my career and pursued the Pritzker Prize.
